Joe Bob McCartt, CCIM - President

Joe Bob McCartt is an Amarillo native who attended both Amarillo College and West Texas State University before graduating in 1971 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi. After returning to Amarillo, McCartt began developing commercial real estate in the local market.

McCartt has developed office buildings, shopping centers, multifamily projects in Amarillo and the metroplex. In 2003 McCartt as President of ScribcorTexas contracted with the Texas Building and Procurement Commission to represent the State’s interests in their portfolio of 12,000,000 square feet of leased office space located throughout the state.

Bill Scott - Brokerage

Bill Scott is an Amarillo native graduating from Amarillo High School and Texas A&M University. Bill as been active in real estate for the past 10 years. Bill has owned and operated several business's including a restaurant, motel and wholesale popcorn business.

Kasey Long - Office Manager

Kasey graduated from West Texas A&M University in 2011 with a Masters in Business Administration and in 2007 with her undergraduate degree in Biology. She works as the office manager for McCartt & Associates.

Megan Zanchettin - Brokerage

Megan graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance in the fall of 2008. The following spring she went back to obtain her Masters in Real Estate which she completed in the spring of 2010. While obtaining her Masters, Megan completed internships at McCartt and Associates and Rockrose Development Group, both located in Amarillo. She continued her position at McCartt & Associates as an Investment Analyst during her final semesters at Texas A&M University. Her Masters degree exposed her to several aspects in the commercial real estate industry including brokerage, development and appraisal. Now back in Amarillo, Megan resumed her position full time at McCartt & Associates.

Lauren Lusk - Property Manager

Lauren Lusk graduated from Amarillo High 2006 began her career with McCartt & Associates after graduation. She worked as administrative assistant to Joe Bob McCartt in the leasing office for three years. Lauren then moved to the management office in 2009 and became Property Manager. She currently manages five commercial buildings including Chase Tower, NorthWest Texas Professional Building, Wells Fargo Building, Amarillo Building, and the Bankruptcy Court of Amarillo.

AnnaLisa Chamberlin - Property Management

AnnaLisa graduated from White Deer High in 2010, she began my career with McCartt in the summer of 2010. She has been working as Assistant Property Manager since spring of 2011.
