Kevin Nelson is a lawyer and shareholder with the Law Offices of Nelson & Nelson, P.C. in Amarillo, Texas where he practices law along with his wife, Ginger Pearson Nelson. Kevin is also a shareholder, director and officer with McCartt & Associates, a commercial real estate company located in Amarillo. Kevin formerly practiced law in the Amarillo office of Mullin Hoard & Brown, LLP, where he served as a managing partner. His law practice is concentrated in the areas of business transactions and real estate.

Ginger is Board Certified in Estate Planning And Probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and concentrates her practice in that area. Kevin graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University with a dual B.B.A. degree in Accounting and Finance. During college, he obtained a Texas real estate agent license and was a designated residential real estate appraiser. Kevin graduated summa cum laude from Texas Tech School of Law. During law school, he served on the Law Review as an Articles Editor and upon graduation was named a member of The Order of the Coif. Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant, has served as president of the Amarillo Area Young Lawyers Association, has co-chaired the Financial Accountability Committee for the United Way of Amarillo and Canyon, has served as board chairman for Leadership Amarillo and Canyon, and is currently an Elder at Hillside Christian Church. Kevin and Ginger have three children (Madeleine - 8, Pearse - 5, and Jace - 2). .
