Bill Scott, Transaction Manager, is a native of Amarillo, Texas. A 1949 graduate of Amarillo High School, Bill went on to earn his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A & M University in 1953.

Bill served in the United States Army as a Training Officer for two years. He has worked in sales, has owned and operated several businesses, and has been a continuing education instructor for Amarillo College.

Bill is affiliated with the following organizations: Amarillo West Rotary, member and past President; Amarillo Executive Association, member and past President; Second Chance Foundation, member; Tascosa Country Club, member and past Director; and St. Paul United Methodist Church, member and past Chairman, Administrative Board. Bill and his wife, Barbara, have four children and seven grandchildren.
