Aaron Emerson began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 1999 when he joined The Vanguard Commercial Group in Dallas. At Vanguard, Aaron represented Kelly Services, a Fortune 500 Staffing Firm, in all of their Texas transactions between 1999 and March 2003. Aaron reported directly to the Director of Facilities for Kelly to coordinate relocations, renewals and subleases in multiple markets across the state. While at Vanguard Aaron also represented clients such as: The Dallas Burn Soccer Team, Dallas Barbizon Schools, Carlson Designs, Software Architects, Becton Dickenson, Will Staff World Wide and John Hancock Insurance.

In March of 2003 Vanguard Commercial Group strategically aligned with Scribcor Texas, a full service real estate company formed to represent the State of Texas in all of its office lease transactions. Aaron joined Scribcor Texas to become one of the three Transaction Managers hired to negotiate and manage 1,100 leases for the Texas Government and all of its agencies. Between March of 2003 and October 2004, Aaron negotiated more than 120 leases, totaling more than 1.2 million square feet at an average savings of 20% per lease yielding a savings in excess of $10 Million for the taxpayers of the State of Texas.

In August of 2004, Aaron joined McCartt & Associates where he currently focuses on investment sales and leasing.

With more than 8 years of commercial real estate experience Aaron has completed more than 400 transactions where he represented tenants and landlords in office, retail, industrial, build to suit leases and subleases, as well as representing clients in buying and selling real estate investment properties.
Aaron has been involved with several charitable organizations including MDA, Big Brothers, You Can Share Food Drive, Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity, Adopt-a-Highway, United Way and Leadership Amarillo & Canyon.

In 1999, Aaron graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Marketing. He and his wife Erin have one son.
